This is a vintage 1966 Vox Buckingham 35w Amplifier head that’s recently arrived at Chordplay in a trade. The gentleman who owned it hasn’t used it for a long time but has stored it safely and preserved its condition exceptionally well!

The head appears to operate as it should. I’m no expert on these but it sounds amazing and everything seems to work! It is 59yrs old so forgive a few crackly pots and of course signs of wear (see photos for condition) we doubt you’ll find a cleaner one of these, if you find one at all!

Thomas Organ introduced three generations of the Buckingham head in the two year period between 1965 and 1967. This was built in the USA and comes with a step down transformer and footswitch, both working great!
