This 2018 Les Paul Standard Goldtop has clearly been played and enjoyed, but has been very well looked after overall and remains in superb condition for its age.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Goldtop finish still presents beautifully, with plenty of gloss and that classic combination of gold, cream plastics and nickel hardware. There are a few honest signs of use: a small chip to the top edge of the headstock, a handful of light dings and marks around the body, some light scratching to the rear and the expected tarnishing\/play wear to the hardware. Nothing detracts heavily from the guitar and, taken as a whole, it is a really attractive example.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMore importantly, it plays exceptionally well. The SlimTaper C-profile mahogany neck gives it that comfortable, familiar Les Paul feel without being overly bulky, while the 24.75” scale and 22 medium-jumbo frets make it an easy guitar to settle into.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt its core is the traditional Les Paul recipe: a mahogany body with a plain maple cap, mahogany neck and a pair of Epiphone ProBucker humbuckers.
