The previous owner replaced the original Squier headstock decal with a Fender Telecaster decal. The original Squier serial number remains clearly visible on the rear of the headstock and identifies the guitar correctly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe guitar itself is the desirable Classic Vibe Custom Telecaster, finished in 3-Color Sunburst with the distinctive double-bound body, rosewood fingerboard and vintage-style hardware. These have always been one of the better-looking models from the Classic Vibe range.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis example has then been upgraded with a set of genuine Fender American Noiseless Telecaster pickups, replacing the original Squier units. They sound excellent, retaining the clarity and bite you would expect from a Tele while greatly reducing the background hum associated with traditional single coils.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere is also a blend control modification fitted to the electronics, giving some additional tonal flexibility beyond the standard factory wiring.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe bridge retains the traditional three-saddle Tele arrangement, and overall this feels much more substantial than its £399 asking price would suggest.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eCondition\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUsed and in good overall condition, but certainly not mint.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere are a couple of noticeable small chips\/marks to the sunburst finish along with various lighter scratches, handling marks and general player wear around the body.
