🔥 Epiphone 1959 Les Paul Standard Outfit – Aged Cherry Sunburst 🔥

A seriously impressive take on one of the most desirable Les Paul specifications ever produced. The Epiphone 1959 Les Paul Standard Outfit was developed in partnership with Gibson Custom Shop, combining vintage-correct appointments, premium tonewoods and genuine Gibson USA electronics to deliver an authentic late-’50s Les Paul experience without the Custom Shop price tag.

Finished in a stunning Aged Cherry Sunburst over a beautifully figured AAA maple top, this example has all the ingredients that make these guitars so popular. A solid mahogany body, long neck tenon construction, Gibson USA Burstbucker 2 and Burstbucker 3 pickups, CTS electronics, Mallory capacitors and quality hardware throughout combine to create a guitar that genuinely punches well above its price point.

The neck feels fantastic in hand with the comfortable medium C profile, while the Burstbuckers deliver everything from warm, woody cleans to rich vintage overdrive with ease. At just 8lb 2oz, it’s also a particularly comfortable weight for a Les Paul.

Condition is very good overall and presents well, but this is an honest player’s guitar rather than a case queen. There is noticeable buckle rash to the rear of the body, light play wear throughout, a small ding to the rear of the neck (pictured) and the usual signs of use you would expect from a guitar that has been enjoyed. Nothing affects playability whatsoever and it remains structurally excellent.

Included is the original Epiphone brown hard case with pink lining. The case is fully functional but does show quite heavy cosmetic wear externally after reportedly being lent to a friend by the previous owner. Please study the photographs carefully as they form part of the description.
