The Bobcat S66 is all about tonal freedom. The semi-hollow construction delivers that fuller, more resonant character you’d expect, with a warm, rounded response that sits beautifully in a mix. There’s a real sense of depth to the sound, giving it presence whether you’re playing clean or pushing it harder.

The double cutaway design makes it effortless to play right across the full 22 frets, and the addition of a weight-relieved centre block keeps things controlled while helping to reduce feedback. You get all the openness of a hollowbody, but with added sustain and stability when you need it.

Where this model really stands apart is the pickup configuration. The trio of Vox S66 single coils give it a sharp, articulate edge, with loads of snap and clarity on each note. It’s not your typical semi-hollow tone. There’s a brightness and bite here that cuts through brilliantly, while still retaining warmth and body. With three pickups, there’s a wide range of usable tones on tap, making it a seriously versatile guitar.

The Bigsby B70 vibrato system adds that classic touch, letting you introduce smooth vibrato and subtle movement without compromising tuning stability. It’s a perfect match for the character of the guitar.

Playability is spot on. The mahogany neck feels comfortable in the hand, paired with a smooth ebony fingerboard that makes everything feel fast and effortless under the fingers.

Condition is very good overall. There are a few light signs of use and minor blemishes, but no damage. It presents really well and has clearly been well looked after.
