A seriously cool offset with loads of retro character, and one you don’t see every day.

 

This is the Revelation RJT60 Deluxe, designed by Alan Entwistle and built around a striking Swamp Ash body finished in natural. The grain really comes through beautifully and, paired with the tortoiseshell-style pickguard and twin cream P90-style pickups, it has a great vintage look without feeling like a copy of anything else.

 

The Deluxe version steps things up with a Wilkinson Fan-Tale style bridge, Graphtech nut, Smoothtrack pots and nickel hardware, while the Canadian maple neck and walnut fingerboard give it a familiar, comfortable feel.

 

Tonally, the twin Alan Entwistle pickups give this plenty of character. You’ve got the bite, openness and midrange presence you’d expect from this style of pickup, making it a great choice for indie, alternative, blues, rock, garage and anything where you want something with a little more attitude than a conventional single coil.

 

Overall, this is a lot of guitar for the money and a genuinely interesting alternative to the usual offset choices.

Excellent used condition.

 

This guitar has seen light home use and presents very well overall. There is some light scratching to the pickguard and chrome hardware, along with the usual minor handling and play marks expected from a used instrument.

 

There are no major cosmetic issues that stand out.

 

The tremolo arm is missing and is not included.
