Here we have a stunning PRS SE Swamp Ash Special in Vintage Sunburst, supplied as an ex-demo 2023 model with the official PRS gig bag.

 

This is a serious amount of guitar for the money. The SE Swamp Ash Special brings together classic PRS playability with a hugely versatile pickup layout, a gorgeous swamp ash body, maple neck, maple fingerboard and those unmistakable PRS bird inlays.

 

Condition is excellent overall. As an ex-demo model, it has some light handling marks from being out on display, but there is no damage. Please see the photos for the exact condition.

 

Tonally, this is one of the most versatile SE models PRS have made. The 85/15 “S” humbuckers sit either side of the PRS-Designed AS-01 single coil, giving you everything from clear, bright cleans to thicker rock tones, blues, country, funk and plenty in between. The push/pull tone control and 3-way switch add even more flexibility, making it a brilliant all-rounder.

 

The maple neck and maple board give it a fast, snappy feel, while the PRS patented tremolo adds smooth expression and tuning stability. It is light, resonant, comfortable and looks absolutely superb in Vintage Sunburst.
