This 2022 example presents in excellent condition throughout. It has been set up and plays like a dream with a nice low action. It’s worth noting that there is evidence of filing around the nut area (done to lower the nut) making the guitar play very nicely! 

 

Expect minor signs of play, but it’s generally mint! Includes tremolo arm and PRS GigBag.
