🇯🇵 2022 Tokai LS220S GT Goldtop P90 – Japan Select 🇯🇵

A very special 2022 Tokai LS220S GT Goldtop, imported directly from Japan as part of our Japan Select stock.

This is one of Tokai’s higher-spec Japanese-built models, and the spec tells the story. It has the traditional construction you want from a serious Les Paul-style guitar, with a one-piece mahogany back, two-piece maple top, one-piece mahogany neck, deep/long tenon neck joint and a full lacquer finish.

The guitar has been cherished, never gigged, and remains in excellent condition. There are only a few very light handling marks and small blemishes visible under close inspection, but nothing that detracts from it overall.

The Goldtop finish looks superb in person, and the twin P90 setup gives it the classic combination of punch, bite and warmth that suits this style of guitar perfectly.

The hardware and electronics are equally strong. It is fitted with Tokai LP-OLD MK1 P90 pickups, CTS pots, Switchcraft switch and jack, Sprague Orange Drop capacitors, Gotoh SD90-SL tuners, a bone nut, a brass-saddle bridge and lightweight aluminium tailpiece.

It has also been restrung and fully set up, so it is ready to play.
