A Classic Electric Guitar with British Musical Heritage

At the heart of this package is the Mairants EG6, a guitar carrying the name of one of Britain’s most celebrated and historic guitar retailers.

Established in London’s West End in the 1950s, Ivor Mairants Musicentre became one of the country’s pioneering specialist guitar shops, serving generations of guitarists and developing a reputation for musical excellence.

The Mairants EG6 was created to offer that classic electric guitar experience in an accessible, affordable instrument.

Finished in striking Gloss Black with a contrasting white three-ply scratchplate, chrome hardware and a traditional maple neck, it’s a fantastic-looking guitar with plenty to offer.

Versatile Sounds for Every Style

The EG6 is fitted with three Guitar Tech calibrated single-coil pickups, giving you a wide range of sounds to explore.

From bright, sparkling clean tones to expressive blues leads and punchy rock riffs, this guitar is wonderfully versatile.

The five-way pickup selector and traditional volume and tone controls make it easy to experiment with different sounds as your playing develops.

The contoured double-cutaway body provides comfortable access to the fingerboard, while the six-saddle tremolo bridge lets you experiment with vibrato effects.
