Jet Guitars JS-300~ Metallic Plum~ Rosewood Fingerboard~ Roasted Maple Neck

JET Guitars JS-300 – Metallic Plum – Rosewood Fingerboard – Roasted Maple Neck

A fresh arrival from JET, and a slightly different take on the ever-popular JS-300.

Finished in a striking Metallic Plum with a black pickguard and dark rosewood fingerboard, this one has a much richer look than the more familiar JS-300 colourways and really stands out under the lights.

The JS-300 has quickly become one of those guitars that consistently impresses us for the money. It takes the familiar S-style formula and adds a number of genuinely useful modern touches, including a roasted poplar body, Canadian roasted maple neck, comfortable Modern C profile, and a smooth-playing 9.5” radius rosewood fingerboard.

The neck is one of the strongest points on these. The roasted maple feels smooth and stable in the hand, and the profile is easy to get along with whether you’re playing chords, lead lines or just spending a few hours practising.

A trio of ceramic single-coil pickups gives you the expected range of bright cleans, punchy rhythm sounds and classic in-between tones, with a simple 5-way selector, master volume and twin tone controls keeping everything familiar.

The vintage-style tremolo adds the usual expressive vibrato options, while the chrome hardware and clean overall finish give the guitar a very tidy look.
