A stunning and increasingly hard-to-find 2017 PRS SE Custom 24 Roasted Maple Limited Edition finished in the gorgeous Sapphire. Produced as a limited run, this model features the sought-after roasted maple neck and fingerboard, giving it a distinctive look, enhanced stability and a fast, smooth playing feel.

 

The figured maple top is beautifully complemented by the vibrant Sapphire finish, while the classic PRS bird inlays, PRS tremolo and versatile 85/15 “S” pickups make this an instrument equally at home on stage, in the studio or at home.

 

The roasted maple neck isn’t just visually striking. PRS used a specialised torrefaction process to remove moisture from the wood, increasing stability while giving the neck and fingerboard their beautiful caramel appearance. Combined with the comfortable Wide Thin profile, this guitar is an absolute joy to play.

 

Electronically it features a pair of PRS 85/15 “S” humbuckers with a push/pull coil split, giving everything from warm, full humbucker tones through to crisp single-coil sounds. The PRS moulded tremolo keeps everything expressive while maintaining excellent tuning stability.

Condition

 

Near mint used condition. The guitar has been exceptionally well cared for and presents beautifully throughout. There are only a few very light surface marks and minor swirl marks to the rear of the body, with nothing significant to mention. The frets show minimal wear, the electronics function perfectly and it has been professionally inspected and set up, ready to enjoy straight away.
