SX SJB62C+ Jazz Bass Vintage Green 4 String Electric Bass Guitar New

SX SJB62C+ Vintage Green Jazz Style Electric Bass Guitar – Brand New

Classic Sixties Styling in a Beautiful Vintage Green Finish

The SX SJB62C+ takes its inspiration from one of the most recognisable bass guitar designs of the 1960s, combining traditional styling with the versatile sound and comfortable playing feel that have made Jazz-style basses popular for generations.

Finished in a gorgeous Vintage Green with a contrasting white scratchplate, chrome pickup covers and vintage-style hardware, this is a particularly attractive addition to the SX range.

There’s a lot to like here, especially at such an accessible price.

Whether you’re buying your very first bass or looking for an affordable addition to your collection, the SJB62C+ offers classic looks, a familiar playing feel and plenty of tonal flexibility.

Two Pickups, Plenty of Tonal Choice

The SJB62C+ features two Jazz-style single-coil pickups, each with its own volume control, alongside a master tone control.

This arrangement gives you plenty of flexibility to shape your sound.

The neck pickup offers a warmer, rounder tone with plenty of depth, while the bridge pickup adds bite, definition and a more focused sound. Blend the two together and you have the familiar character that has made Jazz-style basses popular across rock, blues, funk, soul and pop.

The controls are simple and intuitive, making this an excellent choice for beginners while providing more than enough flexibility for experienced players.

Comfortable to Play, Built to Enjoy

The solid body is paired with a Canadian maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard, offering a comfortable playing experience with a traditional feel.

A full 34-inch scale length, 20 frets and a slim 38mm nut width provide familiar Jazz-style bass proportions.

The narrower neck is particularly appealing to players who prefer a comfortable feel around the first few frets, especially those making the transition from electric guitar to bass.

The adjustable truss rod, vintage-style open-gear machineheads and traditional four-saddle bridge complete a straightforward, dependable specification.

Beautiful Vintage-Inspired Details

One of the standout features of this bass is its appearance.

The Vintage Green finish works beautifully with the white scratchplate, while the large chrome pickup cover and bridge cover give it the unmistakable character of an early-sixties bass.

The chrome control plate, traditional headstock shape and classic tuning machines complete the look.

It’s a lovely alternative to the more familiar black and sunburst finishes, with an appearance that would look equally at home on stage or in a collection.
