Tanglewood Azure TA4CEHN Super Folk Electro Acoustic~ Shoreline Amber Gloss

Tanglewood Azure TA4CEHN Super Folk Electro Acoustic – Shoreline Amber Gloss

The Tanglewood Azure TA4CEHN combines distinctive tonewoods, elegant detailing and Tanglewood’s comfortable Super Folk body shape in a guitar that looks every bit as impressive as its specification suggests.

Chordplay Guitars are proud to be an authorised Tanglewood retailer, and the TA4CEHN is another great example of the quality, finish and value found across the current Tanglewood range.

The first thing that stands out is the beautifully figured quilted ash top, finished in Shoreline Amber Gloss. The transparent finish allows the figuring and grain to remain clearly visible, giving each guitar its own individual character.

The Super Folk body shape offers an excellent balance between comfort and acoustic presence. Its slimmer proportions make it easy to sit with for longer playing sessions, while the cutaway provides unrestricted access further up the neck.

The quilted ash top is paired with maple back and sides, giving the guitar a clear, articulate response with plenty of definition across the frequency range. It’s a combination that works equally well for detailed fingerstyle playing, open chords and more energetic strumming.

A Nato neck is paired with a Purpleheart fingerboard and bridge, adding another distinctive visual element while providing a smooth and durable playing surface. Bone is used for both the nut and saddle, with a comfortable 43mm nut width and 650mm scale length.

For amplified use, the Azure TA4CEHN is fitted with Tanglewood’s Premium Plus EQ system, providing straightforward onboard control and a natural amplified sound for stage, studio or rehearsal use.

Chrome die-cast machine heads complete a specification that makes the TA4CEHN an eye-catching and versatile electro acoustic with plenty of character.
