Tanglewood TW4CESB Winterleaf Super Folk Electro Acoustic Guitar~ Sunburst Gloss

Tanglewood TW4CESB Winterleaf Super Folk Electro Acoustic – Sunburst Gloss

The Tanglewood TW4CESB Winterleaf is a beautifully finished Super Folk electro acoustic with a warm all-mahogany voice and a rich Sunburst Gloss finish.

Chordplay Guitars are proud to be an authorised Tanglewood retailer, and the TW4CESB is a strong example of why the Winterleaf range has remained so popular — comfortable to play, well specified and very easy to use at home, in the studio or on stage.

The Super Folk Cutaway body gives the guitar a slimmer, more manageable feel than a traditional dreadnought, while still retaining plenty of acoustic presence and projection. The cutaway also gives easy access further up the fingerboard, making it a versatile choice for rhythm work, fingerstyle and lead playing.

At the heart of the guitar is a solid mahogany top, paired with mahogany back and sides. That combination gives the TW4CESB a warm, rounded character with good sustain and a smooth midrange, while still retaining enough clarity to keep chord work defined.

The Nato neck is joined with a traditional dovetail joint at the 14th fret and paired with a Techwood fingerboard and bridge. Mother of Pearl position markers, maple and black/white ABS binding and the maple/mahogany rosette add some understated detail without taking away from the clean overall look.

For amplified use, the TW4CESB is fitted with Tanglewood’s Premium Plus EQ system, offering clear, natural amplified tone with onboard control for shaping the sound to suit different playing environments.

Finished with chrome die-cast machine heads, Nubone nut and saddle and Elixir Nanoweb strings, the TW4CESB offers a very complete specification straight out of the box.
